Shipping

• Built to order. Allow 5 to 10 business days for lay-up and finish before the crate leaves.
• Freight, not parcel. Complete dashboards ship crated by freight carrier. Panels may ship parcel depending on size.
• Nationwide. All 50 states. International quoted case by case — email us.
• Delivery. Curbside freight delivery. Someone needs to be there to receive and sign.
• Inspect before you sign. Open the crate at delivery. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.

Warranty

Every part carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. If the fiberglass cracks, delaminates or fails to hold its shape under normal use, we replace it.

The warranty does not cover collision damage, fire, modification of the part, or damage caused by a forced installation. Fitment is guaranteed to the models listed on each product page — confirm your model and gauge layout before ordering.

To open a claim, email sales@truckdashparts.com with your order number and photographs of the part.

Returns

Parts are molded to order, so returns are accepted only on defective or incorrectly shipped items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Do not install a part you suspect is wrong — an installed part cannot be returned.
